By using the services provided by Satellitor ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). In no event will Satellitor, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

By purchasing the Service, you agree with Satellitor's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Satellitor provides immediate access to digital content as soon as you complete your purchase. By agreeing to proceed with your purchase at the point of sale, you expressly waive your right to withdraw from this purchase after the content is accessed. Due to the high costs associated with GPU processing required for delivering our Service, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is made. We incur high costs reserving servers and resources to deliver these services immediately upon purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service or other Site policies at any time, so please review the policies frequently.
